The Learning Styles Inventory (LSI) poses a series of 80 well-researched questions about individual learning tendencies in 5 main areas (Learning Modes, Learning Preferences, Receptivity to Change, Learning Approach, and Optimal Learning). The LSI takes about 15 minutes to complete online.
Once completed, the LSI generates the Learning Styles Profile (LSP). The LSP portrays the results in graphic form in 20 separate categories related to athletic learning abilities. The LSP also includes explanations about what each of the learning category scores mean.

The Competitive Styles Inventory (CSI) consists of 96 question specifically related to athletic performance under pressure. The CSI measures 7 distinct factors for competitive success (Energy, Concentration, Mental Toughness, etc.). The CSI takes less than 20 minutes to complete online.
The Competitive Styles Profile (CSP) portrays individual competitive strengths and areas for improvement in graphic form in 24 separate categories, such as Will to Win, Self-Confidence, and the Ability to Recover. The CSP also includes explanations about what each of the scores mean.
Teaching Styles Inventory for Coaches
The Teaching Styles Inventory (TSI) measures the different approaches coaches use in conveying their knowledge and experience to their athletes in practice sessions and lessons. The TSI addresses six critical areas involved in giving an effective lesson: Connecting, Assessing, Modal Teaching, Providing Input, Teaching Approach, and Concluding. The TSI takes about 15 minutes to complete online.
